Homemade Protein Bars
Here is an easy do-it-yourself protein bar that you can make in the comfort of your own kitchen.
Homemade Protein Bar Recipe:
- 180g of Protein
- 4 tablespoons of sugarfree maple syrup
- 10.5 ounces of low fat/low carb peanut butter
- 1 ounce of golden raisins
- 3/4 cup of rolled oats
- up to 1/2 cup of water (enough to form mixture into a firm ball)
