Homemade Protein Bar Recipe:

  • 180g of Protein
  • 4 tablespoons of sugarfree maple syrup
  • 10.5 ounces of low fat/low carb peanut butter
  • 1 ounce of golden raisins
  • 3/4 cup of rolled oats
  • up to 1/2 cup of water (enough to form mixture into a firm ball)
